Due to the narrowness of the roads and the high number of tourists, the circulation and parking of tourist buses in the center of Strasbourg are severely restricted.
A drop-off zone, freely accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, is provided in the Parc de l’Etoile. The latter is on the immediate outskirts of the city center, and is located on a tram line.
However, in the case of transporting people with reduced mobility, three other stopping zones are accessible, but only by municipal exemption. If you would like to access one of these areas, you can complete a request via this form.
In all cases, these zones only allow stopping for the time of dropping off or picking up passengers; Buses must be parked in the Elsau relay car park.
